Wildfire near PCH in Malibu Threatens Homes, Pepperdine University

Get LIVE Video Coverage Now Malibu, Calif. -- A wildfire that broke out near the Pacific Coast Highway on Sunday morning was threatening structures and forcing the evacuation of Pepperdine University and homes in the nearby Malibu Crest neighborhood, authorities said. The blaze had consumed at least 50 acres and about 40 engine companies were responding, said Los Angeles County Fire Department Inspector Sam Padilla.
